I took the Devdent course over a weekend down in Orem, UT. What an amazing weekend of learning! It was overwhelming, but so interesting to learn about medical billing! Laurie crammed a lot of knowledge in that weekend, but made learning fun and helped us apply our knowledge along the way over that two days!

. . . the Imagn software makes applying the knowledge so easy! The cross coding and ICD-10 prompts are super helpful, but in the event I am still stumped, Devdent offers full support in submitting claims. It’s a game changer! We have increased our reimbursement on many types of services and the patients really appreciate being able to tap into their medical benefits in addition to dental.

Another benefit is that it sets our office a part from others, as medical billing is not a service typically offered in general dental offices. I don’t think everyone realizes how many types of services can be billed to medical. I don’t think a lot of people consider the health of the mouth is directly influenced by the health of the rest of the body.

I am so grateful that I took the leap and invested in the Devdent Medical Billing Course! I highly recommend others do the same, as it is a win for the patients, the doctors and the bottom line!
